Decorating commercial spaces has become my passion. I work closely and in synergy with the clients and architects, I bring my work background into play, being able to do projects with production speed. My film experience has trained me to see space in a whole new way, giving it a personality that tells a story by itself. I am proud to say that all of my commercial space clients have become very successful in part because of the unique ambiance of their new business.
Space Design, is Sophie Aurélie
Sophie Aurélie infuses her decorating style with the richness of her multicultural background and world travels. Born to a Puerto Rican mother and a French father, she grew up in Montreal before moving to Puerto Rico in 2000 to pursue a career in interior and set decoration. With a degree in Art specializing in Art History and Theater Design, she gained experience in Montreal’s film industry as a prop buyer, assistant prop master, and set decorator. She also worked on high-end window displays, including for The Canadian Royal Mint, and completed prestigious internships in Paris at the Premiere Vision Show.
In Puerto Rico, Sophie built a strong reputation in set decoration and production design, working on international and local films. Expanding her expertise, she led Christmas décor projects for malls, exclusive weddings, and high-profile corporate events.
Now passionate about commercial spaces, she sees them as a canvas for her artistic vision, ensuring her work leaves a lasting impact. Collaborating closely with clients and architects, she combines creativity with efficiency, drawing from her film experience to bring spaces to life with unique personality and storytelling. Many of her clients attribute their success in part to the distinctive ambiance she creates, earning Sophie Aurélie admiration and respect in the design world.
